Top-Tier Performance Owner Jonathan Sucese started with humble begginings, training friends and family out of a family friend's garage!  The squat rack was built by his father, brother, and Jonathan with wood from a 100 year old wine vat.  They used a cast iron pipe across the top for a pull up bar and equipment collected from family, friends, and neighbors.

Our Mission:
Utilizing the latest research and most effective methods to constantly improve and refine the methods used, Top-Tier Performance Training will always provide its athletes with the opportunity to reach their fitness and performance goals.  Top-Tier will strive to create both an atmosphere on the ice and in the gym which contributes to and supports the development of every athlete physically and mentally in the most safe, effective, and efficient way possible.

"At Top-Tier Performance, you will receive the most sincere, exciting, and advanced training. Whether you play house or travel, are looking to make the jump to the next level, or are a current collegiate athlete, we will provide you with the structure and program you need to reach your goals."
