The Complete Hockey Training Program prioritizes long-term development, individualized instruction, and affordable development for hockey players between 12 and 16 years old (birth years 2006-2002).  CHT emphasizes training and development in a small group setting to optimize instruction while also developing a competitive and fun culture! The program has been developed and will be lead by Coach Jonathan Sucese.  No matter what, there will be a 6:1 player to coach ratio both on and off-ice!

  • 6:1 player to coach ratio GUARANTEED
  • Off-ice training employs scientifically proven methods with an emphasis on injury prevention, functional strength, explosive power, speed, agility, and energy specific conditioning.
  • On-ice sessions will include detailed, progressive plans highlighting power skating, shooting, puck control, passing, and conditioning.
  • Pre and post performance testing- Functional Movement Screen to identify imbalances and strength testing to monitor progress.
  • Top-Tier Performance Training Gear-  jersey, workout shorts and shirt.
  • 3 day and 4 day per week off-ice available by request.
