Top-Tier Performance's Junior/College Sport Performance Program provides high performing athletes of any sport who a more advanced program. This program is designed for someone who has been training consistently and is well versed in both the basic functional movements and the more advanced Olympic lifts. Each closely supervised session includes mobility, movement training, prehab and injury reduction, linear and lateral speed training, foot speed, strength training, and energy specific conditioning.
