Who: All athletes in Grades 6-12
What:Comprehensive strength and conditioning program for athletes of any sport built around their individual needs.
When:June 24-August 15 (8 Weeks, Off July 4th)
Where: Top-Tier Performance Training
The MS/HS Sports Performance Training Program prioritizes long-term athlete development, individualized instruction, and affordable development for athletes of any sport in grades 6-12. The curriculum emphasizes training and development in a small group setting to optimize instruction while also developing a competitive and fun environment! The program has been developed and will be lead by Youth Fitness Specialist Jonathan Sucese. No matter what, there will be a 6:1 player to coach ratio both on and off-ice!
