SPORTS PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
Top-Tier Performance's Sports Performance Program provides athletes of any sport who are both in-season and out of season with a structured workout session built around your goals! Each closely supervised session includes mobility, movement training, prehab and injury reduction, linear and lateral speed training, foot speed, strength training, and energy specific conditioning.
Dates: March 18-June 13
*No training week of April 15th
*No Training Monday, April 29th. Make up date TBD
Days: Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday
*Contact us for 3x or 4x/week options
Times: 5:00-6:00p or 6:00-7:00p
Tue/Thu, 6:00-7:00p is FULL
Who: All athletes ages 11 and up!
