Top-Tier Performance's Summer Sport Performance Program provides athletes of any sport who are either in-season or out of season with a safe and structured workout session built around your goals!  Each closely supervised session includes mobility, movement training, prehab and injury reduction, linear and lateral speed training, foot speed, strength training, and energy specific conditioning.  We are excited to return to training with our athletes!  To keep our athletes and clients safe, we are following all advice and recommendations provided by the CDC, state, and local authorities.  Our return to training will be in a phased approach as we continue to adjust to the aftermath of COVID-19.

MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL SPORT PERFORMANCE

  • All students MUST register for each class online ahead of time.  Participants who fail to do so will not be permitted to stay to control group size
  • All Athletes Ages 12 and Up!
  • Learn to Train/Train to Train
  • Schedule:
    • Monday through Thursday
    • 4:30-5:30p
    • ​5:45-6:45p

​PHASE 2

  • Upon permission from state and local authorities we will move back inside to the gym
  • Groups up to 3 participants at set days and times each week
  • Separate workout area for each participant to prevent sharing equipment and athletes crossing during workouts
  • Focus on continuing muscular strength and a phased approach to reconditioning energy systems
  • Continued strict adherence to social distancing standards, enhanced cleaning, and no sharing of equipment​

PHASE 1

  • June 1 until we are permitted and it is safe to move to Phase 2
  • Outdoor session up to six participants
  • Flexible online class scheduling format
  • Focus on regaining muscular strength after time away from the gym

JUNIOR/COLLEGE SPORT PERFORMANCE

  • All students MUST register for each class online ahead of time.  Participants who fail to do so will not be permitted to stay to control group size
  • Current Junior and College Athletes
  • Train to Complete/Win​​
  • Schedule: 
    • Monday through Thursday
    • ​2:00-3:00p
    • ​3:15-4:15p

CLEANING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

  • 1-on-1 and reduced group sizes
  • Use of hand sanitizer upon arrival and departure
  • Hand sanitizer available at each station
  • No contact temperature readings upon arrival
  • Temperature reading must be under 100.4, including staff
  • Staggered start times for cleaning and to avoid crossing during arrival and departure
  • Separate workout quadrants for small groups
  • No sharing of equipment for small groups
  • Equipment will be distributed so everything needed is within your space
  • Disinfectant wipes at each station
  • Programs will be delivered digitally to individual’s phones to avoid sharing writing utensils and handing out paper programs
  • Equipment must be wiped prior to and upon completion of use
  • Mandatory face protection for staff
  • Optional face protection for participants (must provide your own), please reserve N95 and medical mask for healthcare professionals.
  • Removal of communal items (ie- chalk buckets, mini-bands, etc.)​


RECOMMENDATIONS: If you have a cold or allergy symptoms, are coughing or not feeling well please do not come
Wash your hands upon arrival and prior to leaving
Arrive no earlier than five minutes before session and leave immediately upon completion
If you have been exposed to COVID-19 please quarantine at home for 14 days
Customers who are “high risk” or have pre existing conditions that may make them susceptible to COVID-19 should refrain from participation until after Phase 1.
Athletes should be dropped off and guardian should refrain from entering the facility

Shutdown Policy: In the event of a future government mandated shutdown, participants will receive a credit on their account with Top-Tier Performance Training for the value of the remaining sessions in the series.  


Cancellation Policy: Participants must cancel 24 hours prior to the start of the session. Participants will be charged for that session if they fail to cancel at least 24 hours in advance or no show.
