"I don't normally put myself out there, but I do feel strongly about giving credit where credit is due. In August, as the boys left for college, I decided it was time to focus on improving myself. I took the first major step and reached out to Jonathan to discuss his Adult Fitness Personal Training program. I needed help as I had tried unsuccessfully to lose weight for years and I wanted to improve my quality of life. By the beginning of September we were meeting twice weekly in the new Top-Tier gym. Jonathan created workouts tailored to my abilities and his gym allowed me the ability to workout privately. But Jonathan's support has gone well beyond coaching me in the gym. He provides nutritional guidance and keeps me accountable on everything: drinking enough water, activity outside the gym and even sleep. In the last 4 1/2 months I have lost 45 lbs, improved my mobility and have even been able to start taking a dance class again. The path has not been without its ups and downs, but Jonathan has been there every step of the way supporting me through the tough times, encouraging me and pushing when needed.
